Bu aydınlatma metni, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") uyarınca, Shifter'ı kullanan şirketler, yetkili kullanıcılar ve çalışan kayıtlarına ilişkin kişisel verilerin, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla Shifter Teknoloji Limited Şirketi tarafından işlenmesine dair sizi bilgilendirmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
1. Veri sorumlusunun kimliği
Kişisel verileriniz, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla Shifter Teknoloji Limited Şirketi ("Shifter", "biz") tarafından, Maltepe Mahallesi Eski Çırpıcı Yolu Sokak Merter Meridyen İş Merkezi No 1 Ofis 604 Merter, Zeytinburnu/İstanbul adresinden işlenmektedir.
KVKK kapsamındaki sorularınız ve başvurularınız için destek@shifter.com.tr adresinden bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz. Bu metin, Kullanım Şartları ve Gizlilik Politikası ile birlikte, kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesine ilişkin bütünsel bilgilendirmeyi oluşturur.
2. İşlenen kişisel veri kategorileri
Hesap sahipleri ve yetkili kullanıcılar için: ad-soyad, iş e-postası, telefon numarası, şirket adı, pozisyon, dil ve saat dilimi tercihi, kimlik doğrulama sağlayıcı bilgileri (Apple/Google/Facebook ile giriş), abonelik ve faturalama iletişim bilgileri işlenir.
Yetkili kullanıcıların uygulamaya girdiği çalışan kayıtları için: ad-soyad, iletişim bilgileri, pozisyon, lokasyon ve departman bilgisi, vardiya ve izin kayıtları, atamalar, onaylar ve denetim kayıtları işlenir. Ayrıca cihaz izniniz dahilinde konum (vardiya giriş-çıkış doğrulaması için), kamera (QR kod ile giriş-çıkış için) ve fotoğraf galerisi (profil fotoğrafı için) verileri işlenebilir.
3. Kişisel verilerin işlenme amaçları
Kişisel verileriniz; hesap oluşturma ve kimlik doğrulama, şirket çalışma alanının yönetimi, vardiya ve izin planlaması, otomasyon ve raporlama özelliklerinin sunulması, abonelik ve faturalama süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, bildirim gönderimi, destek hizmetlerinin sağlanması ve hizmet güvenliğinin sağlanması amaçlarıyla işlenir.
Konum verisi yalnızca vardiya giriş-çıkışının doğru işyerinden yapıldığını doğrulamak, kamera verisi yalnızca QR kod okutma işlemini gerçekleştirmek, fotoğraf galerisi verisi ise yalnızca seçtiğiniz profil fotoğrafını yüklemek amacıyla kullanılır; bu veriler başka bir amaçla işlenmez.
4. Kişisel verilerin toplanma yöntemi ve hukuki sebebi
Kişisel verileriniz, Shifter mobil uygulaması ve web uygulaması üzerinden doğrudan sizin veya yetkili kullanıcıların girişi yoluyla, elektronik ortamda otomatik yollarla toplanır.
Veriler; bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması, hukuki yükümlülüğün yerine getirilmesi, veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati ve gerektiğinde açık rızanız hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak, KVKK'nın 5. ve 6. maddelerine uygun şekilde işlenir.
5. Kişisel verilerin aktarılması
Kişisel verileriniz; barındırma, e-posta iletimi, kimlik doğrulama (Apple, Google, Facebook), push bildirim (Expo), abonelik yönetimi (RevenueCat ve ilgili Apple App Store/Google Play hesabınız), bot/güvenlik doğrulaması (Google reCAPTCHA) hizmeti veren iş ortaklarımız ve hizmet sağlayıcılarımızla, yalnızca hizmetin sunulabilmesi için gerekli ölçüde paylaşılabilir.
Kişisel verileriniz, yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına, hukuki bir zorunluluk bulunması halinde ve KVKK'nın 8. ve 9. maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları ve amaçları çerçevesinde, gerekli güvenlik önlemleri alınarak yurt içindeki ve/veya yurt dışındaki hizmet sağlayıcılara aktarılabilir.
6. İlgili kişinin hakları ve başvuru yöntemi
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca; kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde/yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme, KVKK'da öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini/yok edilmesini isteme, düzeltme/silme işlemlerinin aktarılan üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, işlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler ile analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.

Talepleriniz, niteliğine göre en kısa sürede ve en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır; işlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi hâlinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulunca belirlenen tarifedeki ücret alınabilir.

This notice informs you, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), about how personal data belonging to the companies, authorized users, and employee records using Shifter is processed by Shifter Teknoloji Limited Şirketi as the data controller.
1. Identity of the data controller
Your personal data is processed by Shifter Teknoloji Limited Şirketi ("Shifter", "we") as the data controller, from Maltepe Mahallesi Eski Çırpıcı Yolu Sokak Merter Meridyen İş Merkezi No 1 Ofis 604 Merter, Zeytinburnu/İstanbul, Turkey.
For questions or requests under KVKK, you can contact us at destek@shifter.com.tr. Together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, this notice forms the complete disclosure of how your personal data is processed.
2. Categories of personal data processed
For account holders and authorized users: full name, work e-mail, phone number, company name, job title, language and timezone preference, authentication provider details (Sign in with Apple/Google/Facebook), and subscription/billing contact information.
For employee records entered by authorized users: name, contact details, job title, location and department, shift and leave records, assignments, approvals, and audit records. Where you grant device permission, location (to verify shift check-in/out from the correct workplace), camera (to scan the QR check-in code), and photo library (for a profile photo) data may also be processed.
3. Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed to create and authenticate accounts, manage company workspaces, plan shifts and leave, provide automation and reporting features, run subscription and billing processes, send notifications, provide support, and secure the service.
Location data is used solely to verify that a shift check-in/out was made from the correct workplace, camera data solely to perform the QR check-in scan, and photo library data solely to upload the profile photo you choose; none of this data is processed for any other purpose.
4. Method of collection and legal basis
Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated means, directly through your own input or that of authorized users via the Shifter mobile and web applications.
Data is processed on the legal bases of being necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the data controller's legitimate interest, and, where required, your explicit consent — in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK.
5. Transfer of personal data
Your personal data may be shared, to the extent necessary to provide the service, with partners and service providers supporting hosting, e-mail delivery, authentication (Apple, Google, Facebook), push notifications (Expo), subscription management (RevenueCat and your associated Apple App Store/Google Play account), and bot/security verification (Google reCAPTCHA).
Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public authorities where legally required, and to domestic and/or international service providers under the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, with appropriate security measures in place.
6. Your rights and how to apply
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly; request its deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in KVKK; request that correction/deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result that is to your detriment arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
To exercise these rights, you can submit your request in writing to destek@shifter.com.tr or our registered office address. Requests are finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature; if the request requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
